Professional experience
Dr Sun is currently part-time Research Fellow at the Centre for Strategic Economic Studies, Victoria University.  She has previously worked as Researcher for the International Trade Research Institute in China (1985-86),  Casual Lecturer in the School of Economic and Financial Studies, Macquarie University (Sydney, 1990-92), Research Assistant in the Department of Economics at Macquarie University (Sydney, 1991-92) and Sessional Lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at Victoria University (Melbourne, 1995). Fiona is a research associate with the Centre for Chinese Political Economy at Macquarie University. Her research interests include international trade and finance, regional economic co-operation, and the Chinese economy.
