Professional experience Dr Andrew van
Hulten joined the CSES in 2008 as Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He was
previously Research Assistant at CSES (2007-2008) and also tutored at
the University of Melbourne from 2001-2006.
He has worked with Dr Sally Weller on an ongoing project 'Critical
Regionalism' and assisted in a project on the effects of Australia's
emissions trading system on the Latrobe Valley (Victoria). He has also
provided data collection and analysis for other CSES projects. He
completed his PhD thesis in 2008 titled: 'Capital Flows and Economic
Growth Under Capital Account Liberalisation'.
